Remote is the next iteration of Tower’s highly relatable creative platform, reassuring Kiwis that no matter what life throws at them, Tower has their back.

Tower needed to drive car insurance quotes, with a proof point that would set them apart and instill trust in this highly competitive market. With that in mind, we used their industry awards to tell Aotearoa that Tower are the best out there, having won Canstar Car Insurer of the Year & Outstanding Value 2022, plus NZ’s General Insurer of the Year 2022.

Our insight for the creative approach came from the knowledge that technology and devices have a habit of playing mischief in our worlds, meaning unexpected things can happen which might lead to an insurance claim…or in this case, multiple insurance claims.

In the ad, we see a new couple use the wrong remotes for pretty much everything, causing a multitude of damage to their car and house. Once again though, they’ve got insurance with the award-winning Tower, meaning they’re covered for everything that goes wrong by a trusted insurer.
