Bastion Cross-Cultural Insights have developed the first, local independent in-language research community in Australia - the Golden Voice Community, for CALD. It is a one-of-a-kind research community to bridge the gap and create a better understanding of the multicultural communities in Australia.

We are proud to be the first and only community in the country that can conduct CALD quantitative research on this scale. Our Golden Voice Community currently focuses on two of the largest CALD diasporas in Australia: Southern Asian and Chinese diasporas.

As diverse, complex and hard to reach as the CALD community is in Australia, they want their voice to be heard. Like all Australians, they have their views and cultural nuances that they want the wider community, businesses and government to better understand.
