Andrea Robertson is a highly experienced Client Director and Project Manager, specialising in the performance of client service teams, client relationship engagement, client service strategy and workflow, customer experience, contractual agreements, and product strategy and development. Andrea has more than 20 years’ experience in the communications industry, working at both global and Australian multimedia companies, as well as advertising agencies.

Prior to joining Bastion Reputation, Andrea Robertson was the Australian Client Service Director at global advertising agency, Now Screen, managing client experience and process, as well as brand and advertising strategy, creative and production, for all advertising channels.
Andrea will work across the whole Bastion Reputation team, closely supporting the Executive and the team of highly experienced Principal Consultants to deliver exceptional work and support for a client roster across Government, education, technology, financial services, mining, energy, resources and sport.
Andrea’s appointment is one of five Bastion Reputation has made so far in 2022.
