A huge congratulations to our talented Insights team for being Highly Commended at the 2024 Research Awards for their outstanding work on the project, “Co-designing an Accessible, Inclusive, and Equitable Public Transport System to Provide Dignity and Independence to Victorians with Transport Accessibility Needs.”
This research addressed the critical need for inclusive and equitable public transportation in Victoria, shedding light on the experiences of individuals with diverse accessibility needs. By engaging directly with people experiencing blindness and low vision, deafness, mobility and physical disabilities, and neurological or psychosocial challenges, our team gained invaluable insights into their customer journeys – from planning to post-trip – and identified key pain points across different transport modes.
