Project32 All In brought together our athletes, feature speakers, entrepreneurs and program partners for a day focused on career development, networking, and the transition beyond sport.
We were joined by Bree Rizzo (nee Masters), who shared her journey to the Olympics, insights into building an authentic personal brand, and how she’s created a strong community as an LSKD athlete. Bree’s practical tips on content and engagement gave athletes a fresh perspective on leveraging their platform.
Damien Fitzpatrick spoke openly about the challenges of transitioning out of professional sport, highlighting the valuable skillset athletes bring to the workforce. Now an entrepreneur, he shared how he found new passion and motivation in building Pillar Performance, a brand dedicated to high-performance recovery and nutrition.
The day was a mix of discussions, hands-on workshops for our project32 athletes, and networking opportunities, giving athletes the tools to build their next chapter with confidence.
